Restorative Yoga with Massage
Unwind in a 2 hour restorative yoga session led by Liz Sheehan.
You will be guided through restorative poses using blankets & bolsters to support your body, allowing you to fully relax your muscles into each pose for 5-10 minutes. Each participant will receive 10-15 minutes of massage from Sara McDaniel while relaxing into the poses.
All levels welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
