At Therapy, we strive to provide professional massage that is both relaxing and therapeutically effective. From time to time we could all use a little relief from an aching shoulder, sore back, tight neck, sore feet etc., but there’s no reason why that 30, 60 or 90 minutes can’t also be a time to relax and recharge. Likewise, everyone needs to take time to themselves, to slow down and simply relax…there are many therapeutic benefits to even a relaxation massage. Your first visit will begin with filling out a short form (click here to print & fill out that form ahead of time). Next, the therapist will take a few minutes, in the massage room, to talk to you about current medical conditions, aches & pains, daily activities etc., as well as discussing the best treatment for your body on that specific day. Your therapist will instruct you whether to start out face up or face down and then leave the room, allowing you to undress to your comfort level and lie down on the massage table, covering yourself with the blanket & sheet provided.
